Post-implementation care through MyCFOdesk

CFObelux offers a service desk for all (sub) projects that are no longer in development mode. MyCFODesk is your dedicated gateway to report functional issues with SAP BPC and associated assistance requests to CFObelux. It will also be our and your unique channel for follow-up.
Through MyCFOdesk, we improve our client service and will ensure the following:
- Centralization of all reported client issues and service requests
- Construction of formal knowledge base of reported issues and solutions
- Guaranteed review of all reported issues/requests
- Assignment of most appropriate resources to investigate the issue
- Estimation of associated services to be delivered by CFObelux if any services are to be expected
- Formal client approval of estimated services
- Adequate planning of approved services based on target resolution date indicated by the client
